What You’ll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Foreman, you will lead and supervise essential maintenance activities across various trades in ongoing site operations.
Your duties will include:
- Supervising civil maintenance tasks including tiling, painting, gypsum, waterproofing, carpentry, and aluminum works
- Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Conducting inspections and maintaining records of site maintenance activities
- Managing materials, tools, and team schedules
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines
- Providing daily work reports to management

What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 7-10 years of total experience in maintenance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant GCC experience
- Background in civil trades (tiling, painting, carpentry, etc.)
- High school equivalent education
- Male candidates aged 30–40 years
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to manage field crews and prioritize multiple tasks
