Your Role
This full-time role is part of our friendly Estates Team. You’ll take pride in delivering high standards of grounds maintenance while enjoying a sense of purpose and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all grassed areas, shrub beds, and trees
- Weeding, pruning, cutting, watering, re-seeding, and edging
- Operate a range of gardening tools and equipment
- Spray treatments and seasonal care
- Carry out site clearances and related duties
- Work in line with safety standards and company protocols
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Driving Licence (essential)
- Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening
- Knowledge of health & safety related to estate care
- Ability to use tools responsibly and work independently
- Great attitude, teamwork, and care for community spaces
