What You’ll Be Doing
You will oversee the installation, testing, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems ranging from high-voltage switchgear to modern solar PV infrastructure. Your role ensures reliable, efficient, and compliant electrical operations across major facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HV/LV switchgear, UPS, transformers, motors, alternators, lighting systems, and solar PV
- Conduct technical testing: Megger, HV tests, contact resistance, thermography, and more
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement preventive/corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with KAHRAMAA, ASHGHAL, and QCD regulations
- Monitor and control power loads and power factor to optimize system performance
- Record and report on operations using facility management tools
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Trade Certificate / Diploma / Degree (minimum 3 years) in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations
Skills & Experience:
- Strong command of technical English (manuals, communication, documentation)
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulatory standards
- Able to interpret and execute complex electrical plans
- Independent work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software (preferred)
